Applies when offender has sexual intercourse with victim at least 16 but under 18, offender is at least five years older than victim, offender is in a significant relationship to victim, and offender abuses a supervisory position within that relationship in order to engage in sexual intercourse with victim.	Maximum of 5 years in prison, and/or a fine of $10,000

Washington law allows sexual misconduct with a minor- first degree to be enforced as a statutory charge.
